@SeanTheBermanator Great work. This is my favourite sound pack by far.
Do you know if, besides Geezy, this works well with DOOM Retro and the new fork of PrBoom+ that supports UMAPINFO?
It seems to me  that before, when I tried it, it just resulted in noise but now, I think it may be working fine.

Use the Legacy version of the pack.

Well, it says it can't find an IWAD even if I try to drag one onto the icon. There's no config file included.

strange, i'm not getting that error, try filling an issue there.

Prboom+um added support for this in the 2.6 version.

Thanks for letting me know.
It's working indeed. With both source ports.

Maybe I'm just dumb but the main drive link is still the 03-15-2020 version.

No. You were right. My apologies. The link has been updated. I made it a bitly link so I can track how many people click on it.

Hey, can you send me a decompiled zip of this? I REALLY want some of these sounds, especially the standard player death. I find it hilarious to put it where it doesn't belong like in Roblox. I also painstakingly for about an hour tried to download 7zip until I finally did successfully to get these files extracted, just to get an error message from it, along with any other wads. Not the PK3 though, that one worked. I also just wanna add these sounds to brutal doom platinum. if you want, go for even trying to work with the devs of the original brutal doom and also the devs of brutal doom platinum because honestly, with your amazing work, you could make your way to the top of the community and collab with other devs. to me, you are in my top favorite developers for doom. this is superb quality. Also dont let people talk shit about your work man. I have felt your pain. In fact, I am also a dev, just for a massive year old project that makes minecraft memey and kinda horrifying. but seriously, people will just try to make you feel bad because they find it funny. Keep on going and stay strong. be who you want to be and dont let jerks drag you down or bring you to belive life isn't worth it because it's never worth thinking that. Keep looking forward, because you have a great future ahead of you.

Is it possible for the Caco's to get a lower frequency version of the sound? It is so high pitched that I almost don't hear it. At first, I didn't even know that sound was for them, but even understanding that sound is what the Caco is making, it can easily be missed.

Maybe undersampling the sound (introduce aliasing in some way) or pitching it down can help.

Same here, I really like the concept of this project, but some sounds seem off, the caco's high frequency sounds, as well as the plasma which sounds a bit weak, should be improved. Hoping there are further updates.

Seen HD sounds packs for Doom, Heretic, Duke Nukem 3D, Powerslave and Shadow Warrior. But where's Blood and Hexen? ☹️

Edit: One for Blood got released just recently. Still no Hexen, though.

Does this work with vanilla source ports like PRboom+?

It does. The legacy version, at least.
