How do I apply ZokumBSP in Slade?

Question

Today I've been trying to start using custom monsters and textures, but every time I have to try them in a map, it just doesn't play, Slade doesn't even load my wad, I can notice it by the palette, but the most annoying problem is that every time I try to save the test map with the custom monsters, it just says that nodes won't build. I know there's an issue with node builders, but I don't really understand how do I use ZokumBSP to solve this then.

Hi, to set ZokumBSP as the node builder in Slade you have to go to Edit>Preferences>Map Editor>Node builder, choose Zen Node as your Node Builder and click on browse to select zokumbsp.exe

Thanks! But I must know, what are those options standing for? I mean, should I check any?

There is no need to check any of those options, and it will be vainilla compatible as far as I know. I don't know what those options do :P

This is off the top of my head, haven't checked it, and I haven't looked at the code for a while.

Don't build REJECT = Insert an empty reject map. The game runs slightly slower on older machines. Without a reject map at all I think we'd see weird behavior.
Fast node build = Use a less exhaustive search for a good partition line, pointless on today's hardware.
Ignore invisible lines = Don't generate segs for lines that have the same sector on both sides. This breaks invisible floors.
Vanilla optimized = No idea, will have to look into Slade to know which exact option this enables.
